The Department of Food Science and Technology of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in partnership with the Cocoa Processing Company Ltd (CPC) is organizing a practical course on Handmade/Artisanal Chocolate Making.

Date: Monday 18th – 20th June 2018.

Time: 9:00am to 2:00 pm

Venue: KNUST Food Science Lab
